We have a local lass, 'Carol' singing at The Dog Inn at Ludham Bridge this coming Saturday night, 3rd April. It is the first time for Carol to sing at The Dog, and we are looking forward to an excellent night. She is very popular both locally and further afield.

See the type of music she sings here:

Hopefully we may see some of you there.

I thought I would make a start on this thread which is transfered over from "Broads Related Chat" & which Brian intends to make a "sticky thread". I am still waiting for info from several musicians but that could take an age and the Summer will be over.I intend to run the thread 2 ways
1.If the band have a website I will list the website and all you will need to do is click on the link toview the Gigs-I will also check these are regularly updated
2.Where there is no website I will list the locations & dates sent to me by the bands.
If anybody is aware of any other music gigs please either let me know or post the info on the thread
Anyway here is what I have to date:-

JON COLLERICK-FOLK ENTERTAINER
NOW also EVERY SUNDAY in The Lord Nelson Reedham live from 2.00 P.M.
EVERY WEDNESDAY NIGHT from 11th June there will be a Folk Night at The Lord Nelson Reedham starting at 8.30pm & hosted by Jon Collerick-All Singers,Musicians & Guests are welcome

TOSH & THE MOONLIGHTERS.....http://www.corefields.co.uk/toshmusic

ROCKIN JOHNNIES..................http://www.wcremembered.co.uk/johnnies.html (No live Music now at Sutton Staithe unless Private Party)

We have the KempsMen of Norwich Morris Dancers at The Dog Inn, Ludham on the evening of Wednesday 18th August. They will be dancing on the car park, so all parking will be on the field.

This is a first for us, so will make for an interesting evening!

Hi all,
Not a music gig but didn't know where else to post.

At Salhouse Bell on 27th August from 8:30pm we have a superb line up of comedy acts. Regualrs to the London Circuit and local performers alike.
:P
Headlining will be Jason Kavan - MC at Leicester Sq comedy club
Will Marsh - another regular on the London Circuit
Andy Black - runs The Fountain of Mirth comedy club in Cambridge
Bert Wardlow - a local comedian who performs around east Anglia

We should have a further 2 acts yet to be announced.

It will be a fantastic night and if popular hopefully a regualr event.

Adults only!!!!

I think the music bit is a fairly loose term Steve and should more than happily encompass any kind of live entertainment be it music, dancing or indeed comedy. Hope it goes well.

Well done to the pubs who promote entertainment for our enjoyment.
